We currently need Form F assessors for fostering in the Wolverhampton area.As a Form F assessor, you will produce quality assessments which meet regulations and timescales and the confidence to present the assessments to panel. A Form F Assessor must also have a sound knowledge of child care legislation with a focus on fostering and safeguarding children.
To be considered for the role of Form F Assessor, you must be a qualified social worker. This means having a recognised social work qualification such as CQSW, DipSW or BA in Social Work. As well, you need to have a current Social Work England registration. Experience in undertaking Form F assessments is essential.
