A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator that is looking to join a successful construction specialist who are showing year on year growth.

This employer is looking for someone that has good communication skills, super organised and has the ability to prioritise their workload. As an Office Administrator you will mainly assist the Management Team in day-to-day administrative work and general office duties.

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with excellent holiday entitlement starting at 33 days, rising to 40 days after 5 years! As an Office Administrator you will need to:

  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages where necessary - Reception work.
  • Reconciling and importing Credit card and Premier Inn payments and statements.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, making labels and folders including archiving and ad hoc filing, scanning and copying.
  • Manage the Purchase Order System - Process purchase orders on portal and accounts system, import routines to Eque2, set up of new clients, projects, employees and approval limits etc.
  • Booking flights, accommodation, travel arrangements including hire vehicles and updating staff movement's spreadsheet, maintaining an accommodation spreadsheet along with costs.
