Job Details

My client is a Games Company and are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Sales Order Processing Manager to join their Operations team. The role includes providing and ensuring high level of Customer Service, Analysing and Forecasting Market Demand, Order management and Team management.

You must have an experience of people management as you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales order processors enabling them to achieve their full potential, manage their work load and ensure the tasks are carried out in the most efficient manner by putting in place effective procedures and practices.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Order Management

  • Scrutiny of Orders
  • Processing and managing Orders
  • Maintaining Prices on system
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries
  • Clear communication to Customers and Sales Agents
  • Liaising with Internal teams and departments wherever required
  • Completing, uploading, sending all the product details required for ranging the product with the retailer i.e. New Line Forms, Images, Samples.
  • EDI maintenance
  • Creating and updating reports as required by the business
  • General Ad-hoc administration and filing
  • Collate forecasts for all retailers / territories
  • Highlight stock requirement to demand planning team
  • Allocation and management of stock
  • Fulfilling licensor forecasting requirements
  • Managing Orders on Amazon Vendor Central and Chargeback process

Customer Service

  • Ensure Team resolves all Customer Service issues satisfactorily
  • Deal with escalated Customer Service issues
  • Implement processes and procedures for improved Customer Services

Process and Team Management

  • Managing, training and developing a team of Order Processors globally
  • Maintain day-to-day motivation and morale within team
  • Team KPIs and Performance Reviews
  • Managing a structured and efficient work-flow
  • Identifying improvements and managing process developments

Essential experience and skills required for position:

  • Graduate Calibre
  • Experience of working with Sage 200
  • Experience evaluating and prioritising complex demand plans
  • EDI experience
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication Skills (oral and written) and leadership qualities
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Excel Skills including vlookups and pivot tables
  • Ability to work numerically, analyse and report back on data.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise a busy workload and be well organised
  • Proactive and Driven
  • Positive and Can-Do Attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a Global FMCG Business
  • 2nd European Language (French or German), an advantage
