Our client is a very modern, creative, and dynamic team who are looking for a super eager, energetic, and organised Office Coordinator to join their fast paced and sociable team! You will love all thing administration and having a very varied role! Be prepared for no day being the same!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the overall office environment including being front of house, general housekeeping and managing issues as they arise
  • Support with event planning, liaising with external suppliers and receiving quotes
  • Support with administration for the team and directors
  • Administering the current process of enabling office access for the team, ensuring a desk has been booked in advance to ensure we don't exceed capacity
  • Creating a welcoming, organised, inviting space that reflects the company values and ways of working
  • Ensuring stationery, office supplies and groceries are ordered by managing stock control and carrying out inventory checks
  • Help in the planning, organising and setting up internal events and celebrations
  • Manage day to day relationships with all third-party suppliers related to the office, escalating issues if they are unable to be resolved easily SKILLS,

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrable experience of strong office coordination or administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate level on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Positive personal attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good Team player
  • Ability to be a self-starter and adapt to a fast paced environment
