Job Details

Job Title: Part Time PA

Location: Taunton, Somerset. You must live locally as this role is a mixture of office based and home based working.

Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (Pro rata)

Hours: Monday-Friday 20-25 hours flexible on days and times to suit candidate.

Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (pro rata) company pension, flexible working, performance bonus.

The Company: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing property business who pride themselves on their expert knowledge and long established reputation.

The role: Our client is looking for a well organised, proactive self-starter to join their down to earth growing team. This is a new position and the successful candidate will work closely with the directors of the firm. This is a varied role and a chance to really make a difference and evolve the role.

Daily duties will include:

  • Diary management for the directors of the firm
  • Report formatting, error checking and finalisation
  • Invoicing & administrative tasks
  • Dealing with marketing of properties including uploading to websites and social media, arranging advertising, and fielding initial enquiries.

The candidate: Our client is looking for an outgoing, friendly and motivated candidate who has a friendly and positive demeanour. The role will involve client liaison so you must have good customer service skills and be accurate as well as highly organised. The role will be based within a small team but can involve lone working too so you must be proactive and self-motivated.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to enhance their skill set or looking for their next challenge, joining a company who really value their staff and offer a really flexible working environment.
