We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly construction company in Grays. They are a family company who have offices nationwide.
The purpose of the role will be building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their credit exposure is safe and paid promptly.
Duties of the role:
- Maintaining credit exposure on over 350 live accounts
- Opening new credit accounts
- Dealing with customer queries
- Weekly/Monthly invoice runs
The ideal candidate will be:
- Microsoft Office Literate
