Adecco are currently looking for a Senior Training Coordinator to join our client and onsite team based in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.
Start date ASAP pending successful interview and compliance checks. This positon is full time currently until July 2022.

· Hour rate: £14.54 (£30,243.20 per annum equivalent)

This role is to support the apprenticeship program at Barry Site with daily activities of administrative and operational tasks. Monitor progress for the apprentices to ensure task completion. Acting as a key point of contact for the apprentices and work teams. Fosters a work environment with a high level of integrity and strong customer and safety focus that embraces inclusion and diversity, innovation and sustainability, continuous improvement and empowerment.
Responsibilities / Duties
*Supports apprenticeship program projects and data requests.
*Arranges for and manages speaking engagements with local community high schools, colleges, and other organizations to market apprenticeship program.
*Coordinates the on-boarding of new Apprentices including determination of appropriate class schedules for each apprentice and enrolments with the training providers.
*Ensure all apprentices are making required progress
*Provide soft skills training to apprentices
* Arrange required classroom training with On -Site facilitators
*Oversees reporting requirements, as applicable.
*Liaison point of contact for training providers
*Experience in delivering/ managing Apprenticeships
*Demonstrated leadership abilities.
*Working towards A1 and or V1 qualification preferred but can be gained with the right experience
*Desirable to have manufacturing experience
