Rate: £12,000 Per annum
My high-profile renewable energy company are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/ Administrator to come and join their Selby based team on a part-time contract until March 2022.
The candidate will be looking after the main desk in the Selby offices. The role is working part time, 3 days a week, however there is a need to be flexible as you may be needed to work extra days.
- Some administration work will be required such as data entry and booking taxis.
- Act as point of contact for visitors
- Showing employees/ visitors where to go on arrival
- Ordering stationery and other necessities
- Booking pool cars
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Extensive communication skills
- Distributing mail
