Salary: £9 -£10PH
Working hours Part time 12:00 -16:00 M-F
- To Interact with customers offering guidance to assist them in making the correct purchasing decisions.
- Initiate and process product orders from customers using windows-based process and payment systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment.
- Confident with a persuasive telephone manner, great conversational skills, and a professional attitude.
- At least 2 year's experience in handling customers sales enquiries over the telephone which is essential and a key part of the role.
- The determination to create new sales lead generation and nurture existing customers, maximising their potential by up selling our extensive range of products and services.
- Exceptional organisation skills with high attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of sales order processing systems
- Be Proactive, intuitive and hold a common-sense approach to selling.
- The ability to question as well as actively listen to customer's needs and requirements.
- Tele-sales experience preferred but not essential.
