Administrator - Part time - Princes Risborough - £11ph

Office Angels Staines is currently seeking a part-time Administrator, for an ongoing temporary position. You will work in a team to support an international projects Administration. This would suit someone who wants the flexibility of hybrid working and who is also a confident user of Excel

Hours: Part time, 21 hours a week. Onsite parking is available

Location: Full training will be provided, based in the office. Then you will be able to work from home part of the week.

In a nutshell;

    You will be working in a team to support a project Adding customer information into Excel Getting information from multiple spreadsheets Keeping customer files up to date with recent comments Ensuring high attention to detail, all information is correctly updated on Excel Sending out emails to customers about their orders Managing equipment as it is returned, scanning and uploading confirmation Liaising with different office teams Supporting with any other Administration as required

About you;

    Competent MS Office user, in particularly Excel and using multiple systems You are process-driven and can multitask Able to manage high volume of dataAre available immediately and like the idea of hybrid working
