Role: Part Time Senior Administrator (Commercial Property)

Salary: up to £13,500 per annum based on 3 days per week

Location: Bradford City Centre

Hours: 3 days per week 22.5 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday- No Flexibility)

Are you an experienced administrator now looking for a new challenge on a part time basis? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join a national business with a number of offices up and down the UK, this office is in the heart of the Bradford City Centre.

we are looking for someone to join a small team on a part time permanent basis. This would be a great opportunity for an individual who would maybe like to spend that extra time at home with children, grandchildren or to simply enjoy lunches out with friends. The working hours would be 9am-5.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

You will take responsibility for:

  • Emailing out demands
  • Chasing outstanding rent
  • Dealing with and Rent and service charge along with insurance collection
  • Dealing with any day to day queries from tenant, clients or internal teams
  • Dealing with all necessary paperwork for renewals, terminations or new tenancy
  • Drafting and raising sales invoices and credit notes
  • Updating monthly records of invoices raised
  • Covering the switchboard when required taking property enquires
  • Adding new properties onto the website
  • Maintaining an Excel spreadsheet containing property and client information
  • Managing Petty cash
  • Monitoring and updating staff absence and holidays
  • Any other ad hoc property related admin

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Credit control experience
  • Ability to interact with people of all commercial backgrounds/levels
  • Previous experience within commercial property management would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Need to be polite, upbeat, confident and able to work as part of a team

Location: This role would suit anyone who lives in Bradford. Halifax, Shipley, Bingley and surrounding areas.
