Adecco are working with an award-winning online company based in Thatcham who are recruiting for a number of Sales Executives to join their growing team due to increased business levels.

No experience required and full training given, you must however be clearly spoken, smartly presented and motivated to succeed. The client is open to candidates from all industries such as hospitality, retail, warehouse, this role is focused on customer service & an excellent telephone manner, IT skills are however required. Due to the location own transport is preferred but not essential.

The hours are 40 hours per week on a rota basis Mon - Sun. You will be required to work 1 in 5 weekends and provided 2 days off in a row, each week. The company are offering hybrid working from home and office with laptop and all equipment provided. Training is two weeks virtually and the a 6 week academy course in the office after this hybrid working is available.

The basic starting salary is £19,000 with bonuses of up to £400 per month, and the ability to quickly move up to £22,500 (OTE £27,300)

Duties will include managing inbound calls on a wide variety of sales queries as well as taking retention calls
