With over 200+ service users, the ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive analyst with some previous experience in an IT support or service desk environment
The role will include providing customer focused first line IT technical support within the agreed service levels, assisting both office based and remote working colleagues. The role will include a problem solving and documenting system issues as well as managing timescales.
The ideal candidate would have good communication skills, a good attention to detail and the client is able to consider a hybrid working environment
