Income Officer (Maternity Cover)
This contract will be homeworking for the first three months, and then you will be required to work in the office 2 days a week from then on.
Overall Purpose: Complete manual and system income processes accurately and in accordance with procedures and timetables.
Experience of transnational processing, background in income and accounts, credit note and debt chasing experience is key.
Responsible for completing manual and system processes for income processing accurately and in accordance with procedures and timetables.
Ensure that the finance sub-ledgers are accurately maintained and that relevant control accounts are reconciled.
Suggest improvements to income processes and monitor any improvements or changes made.
Sub-ledgers are accurately maintained and relevant control accounts reconciled.
All transactions processed and information provided has been checked for accuracy and completeness.
MUST have previous Income/Credit Control experience.
Must have good excel skills.
Ideally have Northgate systems experience.
