The company has an international reach, so the ability to build and nurture relationships across borders and deal with clients from around the world would be part of the role's brief, and means that communication forms a vital part of every aspect of the role. An additional European language would be a helpful advantage (but not essential).

Your experience in a high touch, high quality environment would be highly valued in the advice and recommendations to the company's loyal customer base. Your ability to maintain positive and pro-active partnerships with agents, Designers, Architects etc would form an important part of the delivery process. The specific role affords you the opportunity to support a client through the whole cycle, from initial enquiry & ordering process, through to and account management, sales support and to the ongoing relationship, so your "customer skills" and (eventual) product knowledge will become key in the role. Specific product training will be provided, but it is vital that you can demonstrate (and that your show in your application (CV) for this role that you have experience of the items listed below).


  • Sales Order processing and follow up for customers and prospects
  • Responding to incoming enquiries
  • Accurately and efficiently processing sales activity, quotes and orders into our systems
  • Working with our Distributors, Showroom and Sales staff
  • Accurate management and recording of all related sales and stock movements
  • Detailed database reporting and updating on the SAP system
