JOB TITLE: Workshop Administrator / Co-ordinator
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30pm
BENEFITS: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, parking on site, Pension
We are working with this local, well established and well known business to support them with securing a new team member to assist with the co-ordination of the team and jobs as they come in.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Processing jobs, allocating to drivers and handling enquiries
- Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
- Supporting the team with admin tasks
- Setting up new customers
- Some financial and invoicing enquiries
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience and call handling experience
- Happy to work in a small team environment
- Confident on the phone and self motivated
