£22,000 - £23,000 per annum

Do you have excellent customer skills? Are you looking to take them to the next level? Can you manage customer expectations, distribution times and overcome issues? Do you enjoy building relationships with clients and managing your own accounts?
Working with some excellent brands, you will take ownership of orders coming and work with your own set of clients within this fast-paced role, working with colleagues and clients at all levels. Building relationships with your own clients whilst managing the entire order process from start to finish, looking at logistics and distribution and ensuring that levels of orders can be achieved.
With this 360 approach you will prioritise your workload, conduct video calls with clients and work to deadlines but importantly see the result at the end of every job.
You will need to have the experience of working with clients (excellent customer service skills/account management) and managing issues, overcoming problems, looking at stock levels and booking jobs in and ensuring delivery (logistics or transportation) within pre agreed timescales.
This is an opportunity to join a dedicated longstanding team who will offer full training to the right candidate. You must have a strong work ethic and have first class Customer Service skills.
