Badenoch + Clark is delighted to recruit for an Area Manager on behalf of a London based charity with a proud history of supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.

As Area Manager you will be responsible for leading a group of services focused on providing support to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in North London.
With significant leadership experience you will inspire your teams providing them with development and direction across your service area. You will use your expertise to ensure the achievement of operational excellence and compliance that maximise people, quality, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Collaborating with the Head of Service to develop practice expertise and build service growth across the North London area
*Motivate your teams to deliver customer first practices and person-centred outcomes across services
*Drive performance and quality through sharing sector expertise and leadership capabilities

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

*Experience leading teams within both Learning Disabilities and Mental Health settings
*Sound knowledge of practices and skills appropriate to best practice in mental health/learning disabilities such as recovery and positive support
*Strong knowledge of Care Standards and Care Act 2014, safeguarding, DOLS/MCA and regulatory frameworks
