This an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in an SME setting whilst still working for a large group. This role is managing a small team consisting of a Management accountant, Finance Admin Assistant and Senior Administrator.
Provide administrative and reporting processes, tax and records statements, in line with IFRS requirements and Corporate guidelines, ensuring monitor of formal and substantial correctness of administration and accountancy.
Organise and provide financial and industrial processes controlling and treasury management to support economic / financial target monitoring, providing gap analysis to identify corrective actions in cooperation with involved functions.
Main responsibilities of the function
*Provides administrative, financial and controlling services, driving preparation of all related documents and reports
*Guarantees accountability of all data and compliance with group reporting requirements and in coordination with SVP KWS Finance and KS EMEA Controlling Manager, caring relationships with auditors and public entities
*Fulfills timely and accurately local statutory bookkeeping & records in compliance with local fiscal requirements (VAT, B/S & income tax statements)
*Monitors sales, profitability, treasury and expensed forecasts analysing gaps vs. budget and providing support to qualify corrective actions
*Coordinates accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring proper credit monitoring and accountancy
*Provides business controlling, data analysis & support for corrective actions
*Supports AD MD and management with KPI, financial data and analysis
*Provides updated registration of Company accounts and records
*Provides tax and administrative consultancy for all internal processes
*Ensures compliance with regulations and group directives, adopting flexible and forward-looking approach to support strategic goals of both Advanced Diagnostics and Key Systems business unit.
*Analyse benefits options and recommend benefits programs with appropriate cost savings and meeting legal requirements.
*Experienced Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Strong Financial Accounting Background
*Extensive knowledge of accounting standards with previous experience in large PLCs
