JOB ROLE: Sales Support Executive
COMPANY: Utilities
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
SALARY: £35,000
LOCATION: Swindon/Field Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Executive to join a fantastic client of ours based in Swindon. You will be responsible for technical systems, software, hardware, and solution delivery projects across the business.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Deliver the highest quality support to customers
- Direct responsibility for new business orders, planning, execution and all of its components, of all assigned
orders.
- Oversee Sales order process, taking responsibility for incoming calls, management of new orders, ensuring
products are delivered on-time and arranging installation logistics
- Manage/coordinate preferred 3rd party service providers.
- Maintain the highest level of quality, professionalism and integrity when dealing with suppliers, clients and team members.
- Be proactive in managing issues and keeping others informed
- Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues
- Liaising and collaborating with technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Must be open to further studying - project courses such as Prince II
- Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Organised and able to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead and manage a variety of complex projects concurrently
- Strong proactive client management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to travel as required.
