Badenoch + Clark are working with a fantastic NHS Trust, based in West Yorkshire, who are seeking interim support for 3+ months from an experienced HR Business Partner.

You will report directly to the AD of People and have shared line management responsibility for a team of 5-6 Advisors and a small team of HR Administrators. This is a varied role, with involvement in HR service management, workforce development, ER and policy and process design and implementation.

This is an interim role for 3 months initially, but will reviewed again nearer the time and potentially extended. You will be required to be based on site and is full time, 5 days per week. This is a band 8a role which is the daily rate equivalent of £225 - £250 via an umbrella company and is inside IR35. To be considered for this role you must have your CIPD or equivalent qualification and previous experience within the NHS is advantageous.
