Customer Service Advisor
We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors based in our client site based in Manchester - M3 1BE
Start date is 19th and 27th April and all roles are FULL TIME
There are NO part time vacancies available.
The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries.
The role also requires you to have good customer service and data entry skills so therefore good IT skills are essential
Hours of work - Mon - Fri and you are required to be fully flexible to work between 08:00 - 18:00
Training will be Mon - Fri - 17:00 - 22:00 ( Evenings)
You will also need to supply a DBS - if successful we will advise what is required
