Office Angels are supporting a thriving Rotherham business with the recruit of a Sales Administrator. This role is available due to expansion and an immediate start could be available for the right candidate. You will be office based with covid secure measures in place.
Rotherham - Wath area
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Be a point of contact for customers via phone and email with queries, orders, deliveries and general enquiries
- Processing orders via phone and email
- Check accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise between Sales and Operations to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update systems
- Arranging and liaising with couriers
- General administration tasks or other duties that may occur
Previous experience -
- Previous Sales Admin experience or sales support experience
- Experience using systems such as Office & CRM software
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Team player who is happy to support the team when needed
