Position: Customer Excellence Agent
Location: Filton, North Bristol
Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Monday- Friday and alternate Saturday Mornings
Term: 6 Months Contract (Starting June 2021) with Strong potential for permanent contract after 6 months
Salary: £24,000 per annum

About the job

  • You will act as a customer service agent but dealing with the clients directly. This means you will work on the phone, email and through Live Chat to solve queries.
  • You must be able to show great levels of empathy and support
  • More than anything else but have a desire to offer top level customer service

About You

  • Enjoy working with a collaborative approach
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be articulate on the phone
  • Have relevant face to face or telephone based customer service experience
