Role: Account Executive - Existing Business

Based: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £18,106 however they offer a generous and very genuine team commission scheme which can take your annual earnings to £30k+ (Plus Profit Annual Bonus.)

Culture: Busy upbeat but professional small team within modern offices

Hours: Office hours Monday - Friday. Early finish on a Friday. No shifts!

Training: Full training will be provided and this is key to ensure when speaking to existing clients you can provide the correct knowledge and account information

Working with businesses throughout the UK to contact and renew their product on an annual basis, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and guiding and advising them on the correct level of cover they require. This will involve confirming fee's, managing data and completing all relevant administration within a deadline of the 12 month period.

Being rather numerate and a natural self starter, you will be communicating with public, private and charitable businesses via telephone and email. A professional manner is essential for this role along with drive and ambition to succeed. *Please note this is not a call centre environment.

You will be allocated a small number of accounts to start with which in time will grow. This in turn will increase your opportunity to earn commission and increase this month on month.
