The Position:-* Additional support handling Residential Conveyancing work is required, due to a permanent member of the team leaving
* The caseload will involve the usual Property transactions, including:-
-- Sales & Purchases of Freehold & Leasehold Land
-- Other Property related matters
* Cover required for the period of June/July and possibly longer, depending on the success of the permanent recruitment process
* Ideally office based but may be able to consider some element of remote working for a couple of days a week
* Market rates payable
The Ideal Candidate:-
* Will have 4 plus years' experience conducting Residential Property Conveyancing work
* Will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Will be available for all or most of the period required (if you are unable to do the odd week due to other commitments/bookings it is still worth applying)
