Badenoch and Clark are currently recruiting a Head of International Finance role for a SME growing business based near High Wycombe.The role purpose is to manage the international finance team and supporting all the international accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
-Lead all the statutory, finance accounting and reporting;
-Liaise with the auditors and ensure business is all compliance;
-Develop KPI's and produce the budgets;
-Driving process improvements, changes and implementing controls;
-Tax Management;
-ERP and CRM implementation;
The role will also be involved in supporting the wider business units in helping them achieve their business objectives.

- Promote high performance and continuous process improvements;
