We're teaming up with the Customer Service Manager to recruit an additional member to join their customer service team.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Answer all incoming telephones calls from customers
- Process and respond to customer queries
- Client retention
- Keeping systems up to date with customer contact details
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient using Microsoft package
