We are recruiting for a number of Contact Centre Co-ordinators to join our client's team on a Permanent basis in Worcestershire. This will predominantly be an Inbound role working on a shift basis to cover a 24/7 operation.

This role will suit individuals that have worked within a call/contact centre environment or a co-ordinating role previously. If you have worked in a healthcare or social care setting this would also be highly beneficial although other backgrounds may be considered.

###PLEASE NOTE THAT OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO OUR CLIENTS LOCATION ####

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON A ROTA BASIS INCLUDING DAY NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

·Answering calls within agreed time frames and ensure computer records are updated accordingly and accurately with correct information and feedback to relevant agencies as and when required

·Carrying out well-being and other scheduled calls as and when required.

·To provide the best care and support possible, in accordance with a person's support needs, ensuring physical and mental well being of each individual are given equal consideration

·Establish meaningful relationships with the people you will support and their relations to fully understand their needs and ensure they always feel informed and engaged

·Delivering remote care, support and coordination in line with co-produced plans, providing reassurance to the service user and/or loved one/carer when required.

·Responsible for the prioritisation of all alerts and notifications, working autonomously to provide proactive and reactive support, ensuring the appropriate escalation pathways are followed, in line with all regulations.

Person Specification

·Previous customer service experience

·Proven ability to quickly understand and adapt to service customer needs and communicate in a caring and respectful manner

·Strong organisational skills with an administrative background in detailed process and record keeping is highly desirable.

·Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
