JOB TITLE: SPECIALIST SUPPORT OFFICER

LOCATION: EALING

PAY RATE: £17-£18 HOURLY RATE

HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY- 9AM - 5PM

DURATION: 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (POSSIBILITY OF BEING EXTENDED)

START DATE: ASAP

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • To carry out assessments to identify housing related support needs of vulnerable clients
  • To identify the relevant floating support provider or supported accommodation to meet the client's needs
  • To refer the assessed clients to appropriate Supporting People funded Services
  • To offer an advisory and sign posting service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

  • Experience working with vulnerable clients
  • Experience carrying out assessments with vulnerable clients
  • Experience of providing support to vulnerable people in housing need

Please note that this role will be working from home at present, however you will be expected to work from the office in the future.
