With a high level of customer service, the right candidate will be always looking to go above and beyond for the needs of their customers. Dealing with general enquiries to making customers aware of current offers and deals, this is a great opportunity for someone to join their expanding team.

Duties

  • Taking orders and dealing with general enquiries
  • Up-selling and discussing new deals
  • Maintaining an existing client base and building relationships
  • Using an internal database daily
  • Liaise with other departments to keep on top of orders

Individual

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience of working in a sales environment
  • Work well in a team
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Customer Service driven
