HR & LMS Analyst
Paying between £35k - £38k
12-month Fixed Term Contract
I am currently working with a leading professional services firm that are looking for a HR Analyst/LMS analyst to join their Global Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role reports directly into the Head of Global People Systems & Processes and will manage, develop, and maintain the Global Cornerstone system. You will need to proactively keep the system up to date with the latest functionality, ensure consistent branding across both Performance and Learning & Development modules and modernise the current solution delivering a professional looking product to support the business with appraisals and training requirements.
*Manage the Cornerstone system on a day-to-day basis
*Be the technical expert on Cornerstone for administrators and management
*Leading all configuration projects for the global firm
*Provide face-to-face and remote training as required
*Develop a creative and strategic roadmap of how the Cornerstone system can enable our talent management initiatives
*Proactively seek to improve accessibility and usability of the system
*Acting as project lead for all regions on both Performance and LMS go-live activities
*Reducing and eventually removing the backlog of existing BAU LMS support work
*Supporting local HR and the business with running their Performance Management processes
*Work with the Head of Global People Systems and Processes to modernise the system.
*Introducing a professional looking tool, improving current functionality / restrictions and regularly communicating improvements to the business and HR globally will be a key piece of work
What we look for:
*Expert user of LMS systems. Cornerstone would be advantageous but isn't essential
*Demonstrates strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
*Strong delivery and presentation skills ensuring stakeholders receive timely information and updates
*Professionally confident and possess the skills to influence and persuade a wide variety of individuals
*Demonstrates initiative by proposing alternative solutions and policies; reviews processes to ensure compliance with best practice
