IT Service Manager - Inside IR35 - £270 per day

The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivery of the organisations IT Vaccine Services to the staff and patients. The candidate will manage the relationships between internal technical and service teams, vaccination centre staff and other stakeholders. You will manage all elements of the service lifecycle from service take-on and transition into ongoing support and performance management. You will meet with customers on a regular basis to manage current and future service requirements, attend key stakeholder forums to give service updates. The post holder will also estimate and provide proposals for additional functionality requirements, training and implementation.

Working closely with the Operations team, you will oversee both fault resolution and new development as well as managing the ongoing support of third party suppliers. The IT Service Delivery Manager will act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, internal support teams and other stakeholders and is accountable for maintaining a positive relationship between DT & I & The Operational teams and in turn ,the public across all the hospitals and community sites.
