Role: Communication Change and Engagement Manager
Rate: Negotiable - Inside IR35
Location: Remote - Warwick

We are looking for an experienced individual to take on the role as a Communication Change and Engagement Manager. This is a broad role which offers a great opportunity to be integral to a really exciting programme of work. This position in turn will help to progress your career giving you the opportunity to become part of a dynamic yet relaxed and friendly team where your input is valued and encouraged.
Within this position there is the opportunity to work on multiple different teams all catering to slightly different skill sets.

We are looking for someone who has operated in the capacity of Communications and Change Manager in the past and has ideally worked on financial projects.

Please note that this is a people change role so we are looking for someone to be able to do the strategy and execution of engagement, communication, involvement, leadership and learning in support of the specific changes which have already been scoped and designed.

Role requirement;
*Develop internal / external engagement strategy (GP/BS/Business/Supplier)
*Develop internal / external communication strategy (GP/BS/Business/Supplier)
*Support / Coach / Guide S2P facilitators to identify comms / engagement requirements

Key Responsibilities (not limited too)
*Co-create an EBS-wide change and engagement plan which aligns to the full CFO transformation plan
*Lead stakeholder engagement activity for EBS initiatives, plan, engaging directly as appropriate
*Contribute to the coordination of a network of change champions/agents
*Deliver key communication and engagement collateral in support of transformation objectives as they relate to EBS
