My client is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to manager the teams
Manage a team of 4 Customer Success Executives
Measure monitor and report on the CS team activities including on boarding, training and support.
Arrange and monitor client wellness review process
Be the Voice of the Customer to the product management and development teams, gathering, prioritising and presenting feature requests.
Proactively create drive content driven campaigns to increase customer engagement and product adoption.
2+ years experience in a CS Management role
Competitive basic salary
