Role: Receptionist (Switchboard)
Hours: 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Permanent (Office Based)
Start date: ASAP
Are you a motivated and hardworking individual with reception and switchboard experience? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join an established company in the Huddersfield area just off the M62.
- First point of contact for customers on reception/switchboard
- Greeting customers face to face
- Data inputting into the company CRM system and qualifying leads
- Managing the customer service inbox and passing information to relevant teams
- General administrative duties such as filing and scanning as required
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills and a keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent team player and motivated
This role would suit applicants from Huddersfield, Brighouse, Halifax, Cleckheaton and Birkenshaw.
