Now then.. Let's talk Senior Business Analysts.

If I were a Senior BA with a proven track record in high-level delivery.. I reckon that this is the sort of gig I'd be applying to.

I'm looking to speak to the very best.. truly top-notch Senior Business Analysts across the UK who take a lead with my clients Senior level stakeholders and senior players on their client-side… Someone who is comfortable with high-level interactions (Naturally.. Sometimes challenging ones!) and someone who thrives on high level interaction with medium to large size customers in a range of different markets.

Who who are these guys? Well.. They have already buiilt a world-class software as a service platform that's absolutely disrupted its industry. Due to their on-going success, growth here has been organic for them but it's now moving at an unbelievable pace - so much so, that they're looking to add 100+ into the team within tech alone this year!

They move fast and develop enterprise-scale products quickly in a very Agile yet truly scalable way. They're entirely Cloud based and have partnered with AWS for the last decade. Their Engineering teams are organised into Squads, they have around 15-30 squads made up of Engineers, QA, Product Owners, and more.

Naturally, any SaaS experience will put you in good stead but its not going to be a deal-breaker. It's much more about how you conduct yourself, how you interact with you peers and your impact on stakeholders.

What else are we looking for…? Simply.. Somebody who LOVES client contact! We'll need to be able to bring you on board to trust your brilliant stakeholder management experience to deliver the best customer service, every single time.
