Position Scope
The key responsibility of the planner is to lead the planning process for painting of designated areas of site. The intent of the planning process - is to improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating delays, through effective planning and coordination of materials and equipment access.
Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordination of all planned painting work performed on the site.
A key responsibility of the planner is to work alongside the integrity planner to maintain the accuracy of Statutory, Critical & Preventative maintenance schedules and ensure that they liaise with operations to ensure completion of these routines within allowable tolerances.
Skills
- Experience in use of project planning software
- Understanding of maintenance planning & execution principles.
- Knowledge of SAP PM module
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Good inter-personal relationship skills.
- Ability to estimate maintenance activity resources.
- MS Office suite of software.
- Knowledge of safe systems of work.
