Badenoch & Clark - Property Services Division are delighted to have been commissioned by one of our Housing Association clients based in the North Lincolnshire region to work on fantastic opportunity for an interim Home Ownership Administrator that could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

This role will be home working with some sites visits.

Key Responsibilities

The post will provide services to support to the Home Ownership team, specifically and to assist the Home Ownership Manager in respect of all Sales Initiatives and leasehold matters

Key Requirements

*To be responsible for processing RTB/RTA/VRTB, shared Ownership and adhoc disposals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
*To be responsible for processing Shared Ownership resales in accordance with policies and procedures.
*To be responsible for processing and guiding customers through the staircasing process.
*To maintain a waiting list of customers for shared ownership and other sales schemes in line with GDPR requirements.
*To be responsible for the provision of information in relation to leasehold resales (LPE1).
*To liaise with the Legal Department in order to resolve legal restrictions, covenants and obtain consents.
*To process and monitor Section 20 consultations
*To administer assignments for resales
*To provide general lease advise in respect of LHP responsibilities.

Key Candidate Requirements

*Experience of housing or sales and lettings processes- Essential
*Knowledge of the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire - Desirable
*Knowledge of leasehold issues - Desirable
*Ability to deal with enquiries relating to a range of home ownership schemes - Essential
*Knowledge of basic legal processes and systems - Essential
*Possess a sound knowledge of selling and marketing residential properties- Essential
*Knowledge of legal processes associated with residential sales - Essential
*Excellent customer care skills with the ability to liaise/communicate with other internal departments, professionals, companies, and solicitors - Essential
*Ability to organise and maintain an appointments system - Essential
*Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team - Essential

Package & Benefits

*Perm Equivalent salary is £25,000
*Interim rate dependant on experience
