HR Business Partner

Badenoch + Clark are working in partnership with a south coast organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner.
This role reports into a Senior HR Business Partner and will comprise of; employee relations, cultural change and drive business performance, engagement and people processes including performance management, engagement surveys, talent and succession.
In this pivotal role, you'll assist in the deployment of the strategic area People Plan activities to ensure they align with the wider business strategy. You'll act as a key HR interface for operational managers and provide help in addressing business issues in line with the functional plan. Additionally, you'll be accountable for advising stakeholders on Industrial Relations (IR), ensuring adherence to the IR Framework principles, and coaching to ensure plans are thought through and commercially sound.
To be truly successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience on your CV:
Significant HR generalist experience
Experience working in a large, complex organisation
Ability to build credible relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, challenging and influencing as appropriate at all levels
Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to stakeholders
Ability to plan and manage multiple and competing priorities
Working with trade unions
Experience with change management projects
