If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established Company who are seeking a IT Support Specialist to join their expanding team.


  • Requires experience of IT Support experience in a Windows based enterprise environment performing similar work, or training and education related to job functions.
  • Superior customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Functional Sharepoint and OneDrive knowledge/Experience
  • Functional awareness of Azure and EndPoint Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of IT and experience supporting all of the following areas: Microsoft Windows client, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, networking, Active Directory user management, Exchange mailbox management, AutoPilot, Azure Active Directory, hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals), workstation software, imaging and communication systems (IM, voice and video).
  • Experience supporting business applications in a Level 2 role.


  • Installs, configures and maintains desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, telephony, peripherals and workstation software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoots network connectivity for all IT related issues.
  • Experience with Office 365 technologies including troubleshooting, deployment and administration
  • Performs operational tasks including but not restricted too: user administration, workstation move requests, office moves, conference kit installations and preparing equipment for shipment to remote staff.
  • Frequent interaction with cross-functional peers & senior business leaders
  • Maintains orderly inventory of all IT Hardware/Software to ensure appropriate understanding and budgeting for replacements/upgrades.
  • Ensures all incidents and requests are registered and handled within defined SLA's
  • Working tickets from other countries outside of your own, herein following the global IT support model

Location: Southend

Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 p/a

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8am till 5pm

Duration of contract: Contract 6 to 12 months
