My client, a niche HR consultancy is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their internal recruitment team to drive a direct sourcing model.

You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment process

You will be taking briefings from hiring managers, writing meaningful and inclusive job adverts and ensuring roles are posted across a range of channels.

This role will involve a number of ad-hoc TA projects.


This role will require strong sourcing background, excellent stakeholder management skills as well as previous internal recruitment experience.
