Telesales Executive
Base salary £18,500 (£32,500 OTE)
Completely uncapped commission scheme (some earn up to £2K per month in bonus)

My client is going through a large period of growth and are currently looking for an extra 4 Telesales executives.
Working as part of a small friendly sales team you will sell their product and services into a B2B market, following warm leads, lapsed clients and referrals, making up to 90 outbound calls per day.
This is a great opportunity to earn good commission from day 1, with minimal training required.
With an uncapped commission scheme and great rewards for hard work, as well as internal career opportunities to progress in this growing company.
You will work to targets both in terms of activity and sales successes and it is imperative that you already have experience working in a B2B phone sales related role.
We are seeking professional attitudes and great customer care skills, with the ability to build rapport and hunger to close a sale.
As well as an uncapped and high earning potential, you will also have 26 days holiday entitlement (plus public holidays), a clear and transparent commission scheme, early finish on Friday's and other great flexible benefits.
Required experience and skills;

*Proven experience in a New Business Sales role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A hunger to make sales in an ethical and professional environment
*A good team player, seeking out new leads and being pro active in your sales approach
*A proven track record in delivering sales in a Business to Business role.

My client offers a great work location in Leeds, that is easily commutable by Car or public transport and the opportunity to work from home during lockdown.
Interviews will take place over the phone and Video calling (Teams, Zoom etc…)
