My client - A FinTech start up seeks an Interim Legal Counsel for a period of 3-6 months. This company has created and maintained the systems that allow crypto-assets to move effectively and securely between exchanges and hedge funds, private banks and high net worth individuals.
You will need at least 2 years experience working within Financial Services or FinTech. This will be a broad role working on a wide range of legal issues; regulatory, corporate governance, commercial agreements - shareholder agreements, T&C's, money laundering etc.
Prior experience or interest in working with Crypto Currencies as well as working at a start up that has gone through different stages of funding would be a bonus!
