A market leader and award winning firm for payroll and HR solutions, for the UK and Ireland, are looking for a Compliance Manager to join an established team to support the delivery of operations compliance at the 2nd line within a 3-line defence model to include sampling and controls testing, signposting and support the enforcement of the systems and controls framework.

Overview of the role: You will support the promotion of the ethical and compliance culture through delivery of ongoing education, training and awareness across the centres, monitoring the performance of the 1st line defence and being the compliance champion to ensure adherence to a risk-based approach in everything they do and making sure their systems and controls becomes an integral part of their life for all stakeholders. You will be a "compliance trendsetter" and report on trends from incidents to provide leadership with insights into where targeted improvements can be made to mitigate risk exposures.

Specifically, they are looking for:

*5 years' demonstrable and practical experience in governance, risk and compliance
*Experience working with internationally recognised standards (specifically ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO22301 certifications and SOC1 Type 2, SOC2 Type 2 regulatory programme).
*Experience working in periods of change and transformation
*Experience working in highly regulated environments is desirable
*A working knowledge of the outsourcing business payroll and HR services
*Good technical knowledge of HR and payroll systems
