Senior HR Officer
The main areas of focus will be:
* line managing the HR Resource Management Officer and HR Administration Assistant
* providing HR advice to line managers on all casework - including attendance management, performance management, grievances etc
* having an clear oversight of all recruitment and resourcing matters
You will be required to:
Provide risk based advice to enable managers to make informed decisions
Provide generalist support on queries which require specific HR knowledge
Manages your own workload and support the HR Senior Partner with CT change and HR projects.
Demonstrate that you are CIPD qualified or equivalent and maintain professional membership of the CIPD governing body.
Therefore experience in HR is essential including practical case work for example employment relations, discipline, grievance and recruitment and selection together with the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels is also essential.
