Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor

Newly qualified position within a highly regarded residential property department. Are you due to qualify soon? Or have recently qualified? This role could be ideal for you...

It will involve all aspects of residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, property auctions, shared ownership & new builds.

To be considered for this position, you should have the following:

-Completed one seat within residential property, if you've managed your own files this will be beneficial
-Have recently qualified in England & Wales, if you have more experience you will be considered and are encouraged to apply
-Have a proven track record of business development capabilities, although there is lots of work
