£23,000 + Commission (uncapped)

Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Person to capitalise on commercial opportunities through negotiation of costs of products sourced by the Sales Trader.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Deal with all enquiries via phone, email, web in an effective and efficient manager
• Produce and follow up all quotations for each enquiry in a prompt and timely manner
• Develop a strong customer rapport to ensure repeat business
• Be aware of competitors and their pricing levels
• To achieve set targets and objectives
• Produce sales forecasts/reports
• Ensure all orders/quotes are accurate before processing
• Pro-actively develop their own area of the business

Skills/Experience Required:

• Strong Sales Background
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
• A proactive approach to the role
• Excellent telephone manner
• A driven candidate who wants to succeed in their role
• Excellent numeracy and communication skills
• Demonstrates a good level of negotiating skills
• An enthusiastic personality and a proactive nature
• Proficient in using Outlook/Excel
• Experience of Account Management
• Ability to make cold calls to gain new business

The above role is based on a permanent full time basis with an ASAP start available. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (4pm finish on a Friday) with a 1-hour lunch break.
