Purchase to Pay SAP Process Owner

Detailed understanding of the business needs across the Source to Contract (S2C) and Requisition to Receipt (R2R) Procurement Business Processes in SAP R3K
Ownership and delivery of projects under the SAP R3K optimisation programme
Support to delivery of procurement reporting on the Data Hub / Amazon Quicksight
Deliver the projects under the SAP R3K optimisation programme, including
-Increase use of Contracts
-Improve the Purchase Order approval process
-Reimplementation of the P2P process in Czech Republic
Working on the basis of the existing ERP reporting, support delivery and testing of the standard Procurement reporting for S2C and R2R on the Data Hub / Amazon Quicksight
Support other SAP R3K projects that affect or integrate into P2P, including
-Improve GL coding of purchases,
-AP workflow (WiNi) improvements
-Procurement Configuration & Minor Developments
Be the source of best practice and drive improvements in process and solution design and quality
Collaborate with other Procurement GPOs and across Engineering and Finance GPOs to ensure end to end integration and consistency and process and systems quality improvements
-Extensive technical and functional expertise in the S2C and R2R area
oDeep practical expertise with the Purchase to Pay process / deploying No PO No Pay delivered through any of the major ERPs, SAP strongly preferable
oStrong understanding and familiarity with the best practices in S2C and R2R processes
oExperience working within a mature ERP systems culture / SSC environment
-Business Process Management experience evidenced through a process ownership role
oExperience in process design, implementation, monitoring and improvement
oEvidence of structured approach to process and systems management
-Project and Change Management experience evidenced through independent end to end delivery of at least one major project within Processes and Systems management
-Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and experience in managing conflicting priorities
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills and evidence of concise, structured, thought-through communication
-Cultural sensitivity and significant experience of working in an international environment
