HR Team Leader
*To manage the HR Admin team day to day in effective delivery of recruitment, onboarding, Payroll admin and contractual changes.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal HR requirements are carried out.
*Coach, develop and motivate the HR Admin team day to day.
*Proactively plan, schedule and monitor the teams and your own performance against deadlines
*Ensure that clear and standardised processes are followed
*Proactively develop relationships with key Stakeholders and Managers
*Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when checking monthly payroll actions.
*Contribute to the development and management of the iTrent HR system.
*Keep up to date with developments in technical or professional area of expertise and proactively look for best practise.
*Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
*Lead on projects when required.
*Previous experience of managing, coaching a developing a HR recruitment or Admin team.
*Thorough understanding of HR and Payroll administration processes
*Ability to influence and negotiate with others
*Take ownership and prioritise and execute tasks calmly.
*The ability to pick up new IT systems quickly.
*Good analytical skills
*Excellent IT knowledge in Microsoft Packages
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*High levels of customer service
*Calm and resilient despite a busy workload
*The ability to manage remotely
*Able to deliver well under pressure and to strict deadlines in a high-volume department.
*Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
*Flexible in approach
*Motivated towards excellence
*£33,000 - £35,000
*Initially home based
*Westminster, London - you must be willing to go into the office 2 to three times a week.
*Full time based on 36 hours a week.
